Before getting started
To discover the questions that will be sent to employees in the on-the-spot assessment form, refer to this help sheet: Discover on-the-spot assessments.
An on-the-spot assessment form is sent as part of every training session. To access the sessions, you need the "Administrate Poplee Training" permission.
Step 1: Activate the on-the-spot evaluation of a training session
Good news, you don't have to do anything! Instant feedback is activated by default when a new training session is created.
However, it you want to deactivate on-the-spot assessment for your session, go to the "General information" tab for the session then scroll down to the "On-the-spot assessment" section and click on "No". You can make this change as long as the session has not ended.
Step 2: Record attendance of registered people
Once the training session is finished (end date in the past), you should go to the "Participation" tab toenter participation figures for registered employees.
The form will automatically be e-mailed to all employees who were “Present” at the session.
Step 3: Monitor the responses
The “Evaluation” tab of the session allows you to see who has not yet completed their evaluation and who has already returned their evaluation.
When an evaluation has been completed, the table will show the marks left on each of the three questions (facilitation, quality and interest), any comments, as well as a summary of the overall results of the instant evaluations.
Once the session has ended, the assessments can still be completed by the employee and made available to the HR administrator.
You can send reminders to employees who haven't filled out their feedback via the "Feedback reminder" button.
You can also find the comments made as part of the on-the-spot assessment in the "Training history" export.
