-
Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
 - Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below
If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.
đź“– If you want to test, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure. Please contact your publisher to discuss how to organize tests and integrate them into your Lucca environment.
đź’ˇIf integration allows, it is possible to, it is also possible to retrieve custom data from the HR file. To do this, you will have to create a section with the relevant data and, in the API key permissions add:
- Consult Hr files > select relevant section
The connection steps to be completed in HappyPal
-
Access the administrator interface, Companies menu, integration tab. Select "Lucca Integration".Â
If the Integrations Menu or Lucca is not displayed, please contact HappyPal. - To configure the synchronization, you must enter the domain name and an API key generated on Lucca. A link to Lucca documentation is provided.
- To start a synchronization, you can do this manually. However, we recommend that you contact HappyPal in order to specify how often you would like automatic synchronizations to take place (it is possible to reduce this to every four hours)
Each time a synchronization is carried out, either manually or automatically, a detailed report explains the changes that have been made.Â
If a profile already exists on HappyPal, it is automatically attached, as explained by the Lucca pictogram next to the profile.
Finally, it should be noted that a change to user information on HappyPal may overwrite the next Lucca synchronization. A banner reminds you of this in the user detail.Â
