Connector operation and setup with Empowill

How the integration works

    • Setting up the integration: you are not free to activate the connector. You will need to contact customer service at Empowill

Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, Empowill shall retrieve the following data:

• Employee details:
  • Employee Number
  • Employee name
  • Employee’s first name
  • Professional email
  • Personal email address
  • Associated establishment
  • Associated department
  • Job title
  • Employee's phone number (either direct line, business phone number or personal phone number)
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Type of contract
  • Contract start date
  • Contract end date
  • Occupation category
  • Manager’s business email address
• Information about the employee’s pay:
  • Theoretical working time
  • Theoretical pay
    

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
3. Search for the relevant application
4. Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
   The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
   The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
   
    
5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

To set up the connector, you need to contact your Empowill representative

If you do not use Remuneration

You will need to connect with your CSM Empowill.

In this case, only the following employee data will be imported into Empowills: their place of work, their job title and their level of qualification, but salaries may not be imported, Socle HR is not a tool to manage the compensation of employees contrary to Compensation.
