Synchronized data
During the data synchronization process, Atimeüs will retrieve the following data:

Employee details:
- Employee ID
- Employee number

Information about the employee’s absences (for the next six months):
- Absence start date
- Absence end date
- Reason for the absence
Atimeüs will also create:
- Analytical sections.
In Lucca, the Project section corresponds to the Atimeüs project codes that have been assigned to the employee. This analytical section is then used to link an expense to a project when entering expense reports.
Setting up the integration in Lucca
To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:
- Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
- Select the "🔌Integrations" field
- Search for the relevant application

Follow the instructions to install your pre-configured API key
The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
- Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below
If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.
Adding data to connectors
💡If you wish to add / modify integration data, please contact the publisher directly to assess feasibility and associated costs. Lucca is not in a position to comment on these aspects on behalf of the publisher. Once this modification has been made, we advise you to create a section with the dedicated data and, in the Co-workers permissions of the API key, to add the permission “Consult HR file” then “select the relevant section.
The connection steps to be completed in Atimeüs
- In your Atimeüs account, open settings, then the Connectors section.

In the Lucca block:
- Check the Active box
- Enter the URL of the Lucca instance and the API key created earlier
- Check the synchronizations that need to be done: Synchronizations of Absences and/or Projects (for the analytical section)
You can test the synchronization by clicking directly on the Projects or Absences buttons in Atimeüs.
Integration testing
📖 If you wish to carry out tests, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure as explained above. Please contact your contact at the publisher to find out how to organize tests of their integration on your Lucca space.
