AtimeĆ¼s šŸ¤ An ERP solution

Connector operation and setup with AtimeĆ¼s

This integration has been developed by AtimeĆ¼s

How the integration works

      • Solutions involved: Timmi Absences and Cleemy Expenses
      • Type of integration: API
      • Integration direction: Lucca to AtimeĆ¼s and AtimeĆ¼s to Lucca
      • Integration frequency: daily
      • Setting up the integration: you are free to save your URL and API key in your AtimeĆ¼s account

Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, AtimeĆ¼s will retrieve the following data:

  • Employee details:
    • Employee ID
    • Employee number
  • Information about the employeeā€™s absences (for the next six months):
    • Absence start date
    • Absence end date
    • Reason for the absence

AtimeĆ¼s will also create:

  • Analytical sections.

In Lucca, the Project section corresponds to the AtimeĆ¼s project codes that have been assigned to the employee. This analytical section is then used to link an expense to a project when entering expense reports.
