Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, Benefiz will retrieve the following data:

  • Employee details:
    • Employee name
    • Employee’s first name
    • Social security number 
    • Date of birth 
    • Postal address 
    • Professional email
    • IBAN
  • Information about the employee's contract:
    • Job title
    • College (start date, end date)
    • Associated establishment
    • Payroll (if Pagga Compensation)

Setting up the integration in Lucca

When sending employee data to Benefiz, a dedicated section must be created in the employee's HR file with the data that you want to synchronize. This is the custom data that will be synchronized between Lucca and Benefiz. 

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

  1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
  2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
  3. Search for the relevant application
  4. Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
    The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
    The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.

     
  5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

It is also possible to retrieve custom data from the HR file. To do this, you will have to create a section with the relevant data and, in the API key permissions add:

      • Consult Hr files > select relevant section.

Activating contract end reasons

In the HR file, you will need to activate the "Contract end reason" option in the Settings > Contracts tab. You can use this help sheet to activate this option.
