Connector operation and setup with SideCare

How the integration works

Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, SideCare will retrieve the following data:

• • Employee name
  • Employee’s first name
  • Employee’s contact email address
  • Employment contract start date
  • Contract end date
  • Occupation category
  • National insurance number
  • Employee's contract
  • Associated establishment (SIRET)

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To match the establishments in Lucca and SideCare, the integration is based on SIRET numbers. You must complete this data in SideCare

To avoid duplicating employees, the synchronization is based on the occupation category, contract and national insurance number.

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
3. Search for the relevant application
4. Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
   The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
   The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
   
    
5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

The connection steps to be completed in SideCare

1. Go to your SideCare account.
   In the menu on the left, click the "Settings & Integrations" tab → "Integrations" → "View" 
2. Then click "Activate"
3. Go to your Lucca admin area and access the "API Keys" page:
   - Copy and paste your API key into the activation window that opens in SideCare
   - Copy and paste the URL of your Lucca space into the window field in SideCare.
   Example link: "https://hoggo-sandbox.ilucca-demo.net" (the URL must end in ".net").
4. After a few seconds, while your data is synchronized, you can click "Staff" to see all the employees who have been imported from your Lucca account
