Before getting started
When creating a training course and publishing it in the catalog, the provider is required. This help page will show you the different ways that you can create a provider.
You’ll need to have the “Administer Poplee Training” permission to manage providers.
Creating a new provider
A provider can be created through one of two ways:
- manually;
- automatically during a mass import of your catalog via Excel.

However, you can also create a new provider when creating a training course:
Editing a provider’s logo
When you view the training course catalog, you’ll see images displayed next to each training course. These images are displayed via the provider’s website.
To enter the website for each provider, you simply need to complete the “Website” field when creating the provider. The provider’s logo will then appear automatically in the catalog, next to all of the training courses associated with it.
When you create training courses via a mass import of the catalog, a column is provided for this purpose in the file (link to help page).
