Before you get started

You have signed up to Pagga Meal vouchers, a free app for calculating the number of meal vouchers to order for your employees. If you are here, it is because the meal voucher issuing company you work with is Bimpli.

The purpose of this help sheet is therefore to guide you in setting up the order file that is compatible with Bimpli.

Paramétrage

When you are in the Pagga Meal vouchers app, click on "settings" in the side menu on the left. Then, click on the regulation to be configured.

You access a menu with different sections for configuring your app.

Step 1

Click on the "order" section

Step 2

Select the meal voucher issuer you work with: Bimpli.

You can also check an adjacent box to request that the digitization of all meal vouchers ordered by default.

Step 3

Once you have selected the Bimpli issuer, a table with two columns appears just below. The first column shows the data expected by your issuer which will appear in the file. They are fixed and cannot be edited.

The second column is configurable. For each data item expected by Bimpli, select the corresponding Lucca HR file data.

In this case, the order file expected by Bimpli must include the following data:

  • Email
  • Voie
  • Code postal
  • Ville

Please note: sometimes, the data required by your issuer does not exist in your HR file. In this case, go to Poplee Core HR to create the missing data. See the help sheet to create a simple data item in the HR file. We recommend that you make this a "required" data item when onboarding your employees to avoid having empty boxes in the export file.

You don't yet have the Poplee Core HR solution yet? Check it out by clicking here or contact a Lucca expert.

Step 4

For each establishment affected by this regulation, you must enter a Natixis customer reference and a department code. These codes are generated by Bimpli and you can find it in your Bimpli interface.

Step 5

The settings of the export file is now complete. You have to save your changes to change tab or cancel them.
