Synchronized data
During the data synchronization process, Spayr will retrieve the following data:

Employee details:
- Employee name
- Employee’s first name
- Employee’s contact email address
- Associated establishment
- Employee’s level (manager, HR or Payroll manager, employee) (optional)
- Employee Number
- Type of contract
- Contract start date
- Contract end date

Information about the employee’s absences:
- The first day of absence
- The last day of absence
- The absence status (approved or not)

Information about the employee’s timesheets:
- Time-entry start dates
- Duration of the time-entries

Information about the employee’s pay:
- Gross monthly pay
Setting up the integration in Lucca
To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:
- Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
- Select the "🔌Integrations" field
- Search for the relevant application

Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
 - Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below
If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.
