Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, Siit will retrieve the following data:

    • Employee name
    • Employee’s first name
    • Employee Number
    • Personal email address
    • Professional email
    • Gender
    • Job title
    • Associated establishment
    • Manager's name
    • Contract start date
    • Contract end date
    • Date of birth
    • Associated department

With respect to sending absences, Siit will retrieve all of the following data 

    • The first day of absence (format DD/MM/YYYY)
    • The last day of absence (format DD/MM/YYYY)
    • the absence status
    • comments about the absence

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

  1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
  2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
  3. Search for the relevant application
  4. Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
    The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
    The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.

     
  5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

The connection steps to be completed in Siit 

  1. Search for Lucca in the Siit "Apps & Integrations" area. Click "Connect now" to activate the integration.
  2. Enter the URL of the Lucca database Submit
  3. Enter the API key required to set up this integration
