Accessing reports on gender equality in the workplace

Pagga Compensation offers four key reports on gender equality in the workplace.

You can now find a dedicated section for these reports in Pagga Compensation's "Report" tab. A specific permission can be configured in role administration to facilitate access to this valuable information. This allows access to the reports to be adjusted according to scope required by each organization.

We strongly encourage giving this access to managers. This will allow them to track equality within their teams and to adopt proactive measures to maintain or create pay equality.
