Roles in Poplee Engagement

This help sheet applies to the redesign of Poplee Engagement which will be deployed in the coming months. If you wish to open the online help for the current version you can go here.

Before you get started

5 permissions are available in Poplee Engagement, allowing access to the different menus according to each person's roles.

If you do not have access to role administration, you can request it from our help desk.

Details of the permissions

Manage the campaigns

Allows you to create a campaign across the entire Lucca database as well as administer all the existing commitment campaigns. It provides access to all the campaigns and surveys, and allows you to edit all the settings.

This permission must be assigned to an administrator.

NB: Campaign administration does not provide access to the associated results; the permission dedicated to this must be attributed as a complement.

Create the campaigns

Allows you to create a commitment campaign on a specific scope (department, supervised employees) as well as administer campaigns that you own or manage.

This permission is to be granted to people who wish to create surveys on a restricted scope, e.g. a department director or a manager.

View full results

Allows you to view the complete results (scores + comments) of all the surveys for a defined scope (e.g. department and sub-departments, supervised employees)

This permission must be assigned to people who can view the results (e.g. administrators, managers) and adapted to the required scope.

Viewing partial results

Allows you to open just the heat map of all the surveys for a defined scope (e.g. department and sub-departments, supervised employees)

This permission is to be assigned to people who can access the results but not the comments (e.g. users).

Respond to a verbatim account

Allows you to respond to the comments drafted in the surveys. The only comments, that are affected, are those which are accessible by the "View full results" permission.
