When a training session is over, you will need to record the trainee's participation to validate that they attended the course.
From your training plan, click on the relevant session and open the "Administrative tasks" tab: this tab allows you to enter registrations, i.e. to specify for each registrant whether or not they have actually attended the training course.
Participation is essential to update the status of the employee's request. If the employee has attended the course, they will find the course in Requests > Training completed. However, if they were absent from the course, they will find the course in Requests > Archives > Training not completed.
A new Reports module lets you download all training courses in Excel format.
