Opening a confidential discussion from a comment

This help sheet applies to the redesign of Poplee Engagement which will be deployed in the coming months. If you wish to open the online help for the current version you can go here.

Before you get started

Poplee Engagement gives you the option to react to a comment left by an employee on a score or open question.

Why react to a comment?

  • To acknowledge receipt of a comment and show the employee who took the time to write it that you have read and heard their message
  • To thank an employee who shared positive feedback or an interesting idea
  • To provide a response to the employee
  • To explore a subject in greater depth

Reacting to a comment

Next to each comment, you can click on "Answer". This opens a conversation panel.

How does the anonymous chat work?

You don't know who wrote the comment you are replying to.

This person will receive an email notifying them of your message, which will be signed in your name.

The writer of the comment can respond by email, by clicking on the button. This opens a conversation page: the writer needs to be authenticated for security reasons.
