Sending a Bloom to a colleague after a Poplee Engagement survey

This help sheet applies to the redesign of Poplee Engagement which will be deployed in the coming months. If you wish to open the online help for the current version you can go here.

Before you get started

Poplee Engagement offers a peer-to-peer recognition feature, i.e. Bloom, which is used to send a positive message (thank you, well done, etc.) to an employee.

Each employee "earns" the right to send one after completing a Poplee Engagement survey.

Exception: a Bloom is offered to each employee when the soft is opened, to encourage them to get to grips with the soft and respond to future surveys.

Sending a Bloom

After answering all the questions in a survey, Poplee Engagement prompts you to send a Bloom.

Choose a recipient

Below the "Recipient" field, there is a list with the first and last names of the campaign participants. You must select the employee that you want to send a Bloom to.

Choosing a message

You must then select the Bloom you wish to send from the six choices on offer:

  • Well done
  • Thank you
  • You can do it
  • High five
  • Awesome
  • You are on top

You can add a personal message to the recipient. When you click "Send my Bloom", the recipient receives your message in their mailbox.

You do not have to send a Bloom in which case you must click on "I don't want to send a Bloom".
