Before getting started
Pagga Compensation allows you to decentralize the entry of payroll variables to employees known as data input managers.
Monthly submission
Data input managers have a role that gives them the following permission: "Must declare variable proposals monthly" .
They then have access to this screen:
This module enables data input managers to submit variables entrusted to them for designated users.
The "Must declare variable proposals monthly" permission requires the data input manager to make a monthly submission via the "Monthly submission" module. For each pay period, they must enter the variable proposals for their team. Once this is done, they must submit these variables.
They can submit variable proposals for supervised employees up to three levels below them (more information on this subject in this file).
It is also possible to import data by simply copying and pasting from an Excel file.
At the bottom of the module screen you'll find an import button. You then need to download the import matrix, which contains the natures and people for which the data input manager is authorized to make submissions. Finally, simply copy the contents of the completed matrix to import the variable submission.
Variable proposal
The "Can propose variables from time to time" permission gives the right to propose variables from among the natures authorized by the administrator for the benefit of designated people. This is not mandatory, unlike the monthly submission.
The data input manager selects a period (1) and fills in the form (2), then clicks on "Submit variables" to submit it for approval.
Monitor a variable submission or proposal
Once a submission or proposal has been made, you can monitor its approval from the "Variable monitoring" menu. You can see the current approval status of a submission or proposal, the information that characterizes it, and the next approver.
If the proposal has been rejected, you can submit a new one.
