Why should you use review recommendations?
The review recommendation wizard simplifies the scheduling of the various reviews to be completed within the company and helps you ensure that you comply with requirements.
Once you've created rules in line with your company's policy, the recommendation wizard will automatically detect which employees aren't in compliance with the policy (i.e. who are missing a review), and will recommend them to you. You also have the option to project into the future to anticipate upcoming reviews to be added.
Activating review recommendations
To activate recommendations you must have the “Create, manage rules and view the associated recommended reviews” permission. This permission lets you create a rule and view the recommendations associated with it.
The created rule will be applied for all employees (who match the rule's filters). However, you'll only see recommendations for employees for whom you can create a review (those who fall within the scope of your Create a campaign and administer the campaigns whose owner is within the scope permission)
To do this, click on the Cog wheel ⚙️ > Roles > [Your Admin] > Poplee Performance > select "Create, manage rules and view the associated review recommendations"
In your company, you may have HR assistant profiles who need to have access to view the rules settings and the associated review recommendations, without having the permission to create and edit a rule. For these profiles, activate the "View rules-based review recommendations" permission.
Administrators with this permission will only see recommendations for employees for whom they can create a review (those who are within the scope of their Create a campaign and administer the campaigns whose owner is within the scope permission)
