The privacy criteria in Poplee Engagement

This help sheet applies to the redesign of Poplee Engagement which will be deployed in the coming months. If you wish to open the online help for the current version you can go here.

Before you get started

Poplee Engagement gives every employee in your company the opportunity to express themselves confidentially about their quality of life at work.

This confidentiality is guaranteed across all the Lucca interfaces by two Privacy Criteria. These criteria cannot be changed and apply to everyone with access to the app (user, manager, HR, Lucca Help desk).

1. Criterion concerning the number of responses

Why do we apply this criterion?

If a small number of people responded or the user is alone in their department, it would be possible to identify the person who responded.

Rule applied:

The results of a group of people are only shown if at least three people responded to the survey, regardless of the number of people surveyed.

2. Criterion concerning the parent headcount

Why do we apply this criterion?

The hierarchical structures, e.g. departments, are composed of groups of different sizes. By cross-referencing the results between a parent department and its children, it would be possible to identify the respondents.

Rule applied:

The results of a group of people are only displayed when it contains a difference of at least 3 people compared with its parent group.

These criteria apply in addition to all the measures already taken to guarantee the confidentiality of the responses. Check out these measures in this help sheet.
