Before starting
Lucca Engagement gives every employee in your company the opportunity to express themselves confidentially about their quality of life at work.
This confidentiality is guaranteed in all Lucca interfaces by two Confidentiality criteria. These criteria cannot be edited and are applied to all individuals accessing the application (User, Manager, HR, Lucca Help desk).
1. Criterion concerning the number of responses
Rule applied:
The results of a group of people are only shown if at least three people responded to the survey, regardless of the number of people surveyed.
Why do we apply this criterion?
If a low number of people respond, or there is only one user in a department, it is possible to work out who answered what.
2. Criterion concerning the parent headcount
Rule applied:
The results of a group of people are only displayed when it contains a difference of at least 3 people compared with its parent group.
Example 1:
- The Human Resources department will not be displayed because it contains a difference of 2 participants with its parent group.
- The Accounting department will not be displayed because it does not contain at least 3 respondents.
- It is therefore only possible to display the results of the Administration department
Example 2:
- The Direct Sales and Marketing departments have a difference of 3 participants with their parent Sales Department, so their results will be displayed.
- The Indirect Sales department does not have enough participants to be displayed.
Why do we apply this criterion?
The hierarchical structures, e.g. departments, are composed of groups of different sizes. By cross-referencing the results between a parent department and its children, it would be possible to identify the respondents.
