Displaying the training catalog

Before you get started

You can search for training courses by scrolling through the catalog, given that the training courses are sorted by date of creation. Otherwise you can filter the catalog view in two ways:

  • By keyword to be entered in the search bar. The three sources of this search are:
    • the training course title
    • its summary
    • the name of the provider
  • By training category

Choice of categories

Why this choice of "macro" categories and thematic groupings? After an audit of fifteen OPCO and training organization catalogs, we noted that a breakdown into generalist and then specialized themes made it easier for employees to search the catalog, by simplifying the number of sub-levels.Screenshot 2023-08-02 at 15.05.30.png

It is not possible to modify the suggested categories. However, if you have a specific focus for your training courses, you can use the course titles or the summary: employees will be able to search by keyword and find the courses they want more quickly.

How can I associate one of these categories with my own training courses?

Start by identifying the macro-category: is it a specific business area? Or a general area? Then select the sub-category:
