Including the variable portion in the theoretical annual pay

You want your employees to be able to view their annual theoretical pay in Pagga Compensation in the form of a package, with the annual "target" bonus, which depends on certain goals being attained. So you would like to be able to include the variable annual bonus in the calculation of the theoretical annual pay. How is this done?

Settings:

1. Enter a "Target Bonus" at the beginning of the year in the form of an FRI, which is included in the calculation of the theoretical pay, but not in the calculation of the actual pay, and which will not be exported to payroll.

Warning! If this is the theoretical annual bonus that you want to enter, you will have to think about setting the "target bonus" FRI with a different frequency from that of the basic salary (otherwise Pagga Compensation will consider that it is monthly data and an annual bonus of €10k will become €120k in the calculation of the annual theoretical pay).

2. Then enter a "Paid bonus" at the end of the year (or every month/quarter) in the form of a VRI, which is exported in payroll and is included in the calculation of the actual pay.
