Before you get started

Silae changes the software connection addresses. To continue transmitting your data from Lucca to Silae, this change of address must be applied in the settings of your connector in the Lucca payroll assistant.

Two options available

Anticipate this change of connection address

To do this, go to the Payroll Assistant then to the configuration of your payroll file. Then go to the "Connector" tab.

On the line of your existing connector, click on the "Duplicate" button:

A new connector is created with the usernames and passwords already configured. You can edit it to define the name of the payroll file as well as the new address.

To write your own address, click on the "I can’t find my address" button.

When you add your personalized URL, it is important to add the Silae webservice URL at the end, i.e. "/silae/sws/sws.asmx" which would be as follows, for Lucca: "https://www.lucca.silae.fr/silae/sws/sws.asmx"

Repeat this process for all connectors concerned.

Important: When you actually change your address, you will need to remember to modify the connector in the "Data and export" tab for each collection you use (Employees, Absences and Remuneration).

The Silae URL has already changed and the transmission no longer works

In this case, go to the Payroll Assistant, then to the configuration of your payroll file. Then go to the "Connector" tab. You will find your connector in an invalid status.

After this modification, the status of your connector, that you can see in the list of connectors, must have returned to "Valid". Everything is back to normal!
