Operation and installation with the QuickMS connector

This connector has been set up by QuickMS, so Lucca cannot perform any customization.
If you wish to synchronize other custom data, please contact QuickMS directly in order for them to examine the faisability of your request..

How the integration works

      • Solutions involved: Timmi Absences and Poplee Core HR
      • Type of integration: API
      • Integration direction: Lucca to QuickMS
      • Integration frequency: on demand via a QuickMS support ticket
      • Setting up the integration: you will need to contact QuickMS via a Help desk ticket to make the connection

Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, QuickMS will retrieve the following data:

      • the name of the legal entities contained in the Lucca database
      • Employee details:
    • last name
    • first name
    • login
    • professional mail
    • contract start date
    • contract end date
    • date of birth
    • employee number
      • Information on employee absences:
    • absence date
    • start date of the absence
    • end date of the absence
    • employee last name
    • employee first name
    • absence account number
    • label of the absence account
    • if the absence is validated or not
    • in the event of an absence cancellation: date of cancellation and name of the person who made the cancellation

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

  1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
  2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
  3. Search for the relevant application
  4. Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key

The API key will be created automatically with all the permissions you need to set up the integration.
