How the integration works

Setting up the integration
To set up the integration, the Lucca database administrator will need to create an API key with the following permissions:
Lucca Permission:

- Create, archive, unarchive establishments and legal units

Co-workers Permission:

- Read users Lucca properties

Timmi Absences Permission:

- Read the leaves (all departments)

As an administrator, you will then have to send a ticket to Quick MS support to request the connection by providing them with the following information:
- The URL of the database (in the format https://xxxx.ilucca.net)
- The API key
The recovered data is:
- the name of the legal entities contained in the Lucca database
- the following employee information:
- last name
- first name
- login
- professional mail
- contract start date
- contract end date
- date of birth
- employee number
- information about absences:
- absence date
- start date of the absence
- end date of the absence
- employee last name
- employee first name
- absence account number
- label of the absence account
- if the absence is validated or not
- in the event of an absence cancellation: date of cancellation and name of the person who made the cancellation
