Operation and implementation of the connector with Figures

Synchronized data

During the data synchronization process, Figures will retrieve the following data:

• • Employee's legal entity
  • Job title
  • base salary

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
3. Search for the relevant application
4. Follow the instructions to install your pre-configured API key
   The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
   The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
   
    
5. Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below

If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.

The connection steps to be completed in Figures

1. The administrator will need to log in to their Figures account
2. In the "Integrations" module, search for Lucca and select the corresponding file.
3. Enter the URL of the Lucca database (in the format https://xxxx.ilucca.net)

You can also choose to anonymize all your employee data that will be sent to Figures.

• The data will automatically synchronize
• Employees will go back to Figures in "unmapped" status.

4. To finish the synchronization, click on the appropriate employee. A form opens to fill in the missing information that Figures needs. It is then be possible to create a mapping between Lucca and Figures data.

Checking the box “Always map employees from...” instructs Figures to make a default mapping with the legal entity defined on this file.

The mapping relating to bonuses, allowing an annual estimation on Figures is under development by them. It is therefore recommended to complete this information (on target bonus) manually.

Save the information to complete the synchronization

The update is automatically performed every 24 hours and can be forced manually if you require faster synchronization.

If you do not use Pagga Remuneration

You will need to connect with your CSM Figures.

In this case, only the following employee data will be imported into Figures: their place of work, their job title and their level of qualification, but salaries may not be imported, Socle HR is not a tool to manage the compensation of employees contrary to Compensation.

Integration testing

📖 If you wish to carry out tests, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure as explained above. Please contact your contact at the publisher to find out how to organize tests of their integration on your Lucca space.

Adding data to connectors

💡If you wish to add / modify integration data, please contact the publisher directly to assess feasibility and associated costs. Lucca is not in a position to comment on these aspects on behalf of the publisher. Once this modification has been made, we advise you to create a section with the dedicated data and, in the Co-workers permissions of the API key, to add the permission “Consult HR file” then “select the relevant section.
