Setting up the integration in Lucca
âš Legal entities, departments and primary role are mandatory data to create the employee. If you do not know this when creating the employee in Lucca, so as not to block the creation of the employee, you will have to configure default values in the HR file.
To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:
- Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
- Select the "🔌Integrations" field
- Search for the relevant application

Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key
The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
 - Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below
If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.
đź“– If you want to test, you can generate a key on your test base by following the same procedure. Please contact your publisher to discuss how to organize tests and integrate them into your Lucca environment.
đź’ˇIf integration allows, it is possible to, it is also possible to retrieve custom data from the HR file. To do this, you will have to create a section with the relevant data and, in the API key permissions add:
- Consult Hr files > select relevant section
Connection steps to be completed in TalentView
- Changing the status of the candidate to "validated" on TalentView is essential, otherwise you will not be able to send the candidate's information to Lucca.
- Click on "Import into my HRIS"
- If required, complete the start and end dates of the contract then click on the "validate" button. This file will then be created in the HR file of Lucca
DPAE (Declaration prior to recruitment)
It is now possible to automate the pre-employment declaration (DPAE) process in Lucca directly from Poplee Core HR. To activate the automation, you'll need to follow these two steps:Â
- Modify the HR file so that it is suitable for the DPAE. Certain prerequisites are necessary to ensure that the DPAE functions correctly in Poplee Core HR.
- Create a DPAE setup.
