Before you get started
You will soon be making your first payroll distribution in Pagga Payslip.
So that your employees can download their payslips, you will have to give them access to Pagga via the Lucca roles. It will take you three minutes and we explain how, here.

As a Lucca solutions administrator, access the role settings:

Case 1: distributing the payslips of all the employees of your company
In the role administration, as in the screenshot below, select the main role (1) "User" (2), activate the Pagga Payslip solution (3), check the "Open and download payslips" operation (4), click on "save" at the bottom right.
Repeat this for all primary roles on your Lucca site.

Case 2: only distributing the payslips of certain employees (e.g. for certain establishments but not for the other)
If Pagga is only used by the employees of some of your establishments but not by all of them, you will have to create a specific secondary role that you will only attach to the employees concerned.
In role administration, as in the screenshot below, add a new role (1), give it a name (2) e.g. "Pagga - user", click on "create" (3).
For the new role created, activate the Pagga Payslip solution (1), check the "Consult and download payslips" operation (2), click "save" at the bottom right (3).
Go to the "Users" tab (1), then click "add users" (2) to assign the roles to the employees who will have to access Pagga.
It's done! Your employees will have access to Pagga to download their payslip. Now go to Pagga to make your first distribution.
