Timmi Absences News Winter 2021-2022 ❄️

Too cold it is
Remotely I stay
Timmi Office I pray

Are we still on time to send our wishes? Anyhow, the whole Timmi Absences team joins me in wishing you a wonderful year. Yet we hope there will be a thorn in your side, bumps in the road, minor issues… Just enough to fill up our backlog! Indeed we strive for delighting our users, and helping you save some precious time is what gets us to wake up in the morning. Whenever you feel like something is missing in our software, go on the Product Board. You’ll find hot topics you can contribute to but also a Submit idea button in the top right corner so that you can tell us everything you have in mind! Don’t bother trying to solve the issue, but please do give details so we know what to look for. On behalf of the entire team, thank you! It is your needs that keep us busy for the years to come, and your satisfaction is our reward.

As for this winter’s novelties, the team worked on 3 main topics:

  • The new payroll export: not just a more modern interface but also new features to configure the export faster. Although it won’t shake your world upside down it will greatly improve the lives of our consultants. This new module will be deployed during the first quarter and accessible to new customers only. Then we will roll it out to everyone progressively over several months. There is nothing to do on your side, we will let you know when you’ll have access to the new module.
  • The new API: What you don’t see is what you get. Our brand new API will ease integrations with third-party systems thanks to a new leaves management method. There is still some work to do but we will be looking for beta testers in Q1.
  • Timmi Office: our new solution to handle remote work and flex office. After 6 months of hard work, we are excited to release this new software that will help you adapt to the new era of hybrid work. If you want to know more about it please read our online help. The good news is that you can set it up yourself in no time! Just a few clicks and you’ll have access to all the features for free (free trial period until the end of January + unlimited access to the free version with basic features) .

In the coming weeks, we will continue working on the new payroll export, we will (re)start the massive work of the new accrual rules in Timmi Absences to handle paid leaves accruals anywhere in the world, and we will keep adding new features to Timmi Office to support remote work even better.

See you in March to tell you what will have been accomplished by then.

Take care,

Tristan, Timmi Absences team
