- click on the calendar icon (2)

- swipe left or right in the “day” area to navigate between days
Understanding the gaps
The circle under each day of the week enables you to see at a glance if you have accounted for more or less time than expected:
- a full circle means that the working time entered corresponds to the theoretical time
- an “overflowing” circle means that you have worked more than the theoretical time
- an incomplete circle means that you have worked less than the theoretical time
- an empty circle means that you have not yet entered any data for this day
- a purple circle means that the whole day is filled by absences
- a small empty circle means that the day is theoretically a non-working day
Click on the menu bar of a day to view the details of the calculations.
View alerts and manual controls
In the day’s menu bar, pictograms will notify you of alerts and pre-checked manual controls.
Click on the menu bar to display the details of the alerts and uncheck the manual controls where necessary.
In Presence mode - Schedules
To create a new schedule time slot, click on the "+" button, select start and end times, then click on “Save”.
To change or delete a time slot, click on it, and this will open the editing page.
A long-press on a time slot will display the options available (Edit and delete).
In Activities mode - Hours or days

Your new work slot will then appear on that day.
