HR indicators and graph reports

Before getting started

The HR indicators module lets you access the graphs available in Poplee Core HR. 

This module offers you 3 dashboards: 

  • Change in the workforce;
  • Workforce distribution;
  • Age structure.

These dashboards will contain, over time, several HR indicators, whether they're graphs or numeric indicators, each corresponding to certain topics. Additional indicators will be added progressively.

Feel free to let us know what graphs would be useful to you via our Portal, so that we can consider integrating them into Poplee Core HR.

Accessing HR indicators

This feature can be accessed in the menu for all users with the permission "Manage HR indicators". It lets users view graphs according to their visibility rights for employee data.

For example, if you don't have permission to view the date of birth of your employees, you won't be able to view the age structure. If you have the permission to view this data item for some employees, the graph will only account for those employees.

Setting up indicators

The graphs available cover precise topics (changes and workforce distribution, demographic composition of staff) and are preconfigured for this purpose. However, you can refine certain settings to: 

  • Define the date or the reference period;
  • Filter the population according to multiple criteria (establishments, occupation category, contract types, or departments in some cases).

Filtering by departments is only relevant for an up-to-date report. The "Department" data item in HR files is not a logged data item, so if a report covers a past or future period, the department used will always be the employee's department on the current date.

Downloading data

You can download all of the data required for the generation of the graph. The extracted file will be in Excel format.

In the future, you'll be able to download the graph in image format.

Upcoming developments

We'll gradually keep adding to this new feature. This means that, over the coming months, you'll be able to access new features such as:

  • Downloading the graph in image format;
  • Adding graph indicators (changes in departures and arrivals, turnover, departure rate, etc.);
  • Adding numeric indicators (average seniority, average age, etc.)
  • Sending graphs by email;
  • etc.
