Notifications center

Before starting

The Lucca notifications center allows you to find all the Lucca emails sent to employees. This space is very practical for consulting the content of a notification or simply checking that these emails have been sent.

Access the notifications center

To access it, click on the cog wheel at the top right of the interface:

Ideas for using the notifications center

The notifications center is very practical in a number of ways. Here are a few examples:

  1. If an employee cannot connect to Lucca: Check whether the message has been sent. If it has been sent, check that your web email service is not blocking email reception.
  2. chrome_2022-05-12_15-52-45.pngIf you wish to view the content of a notification, simply click on the "view" button available on the row of the notification in question.
  3. Do you want to temporarily block notifications from being sent? No problem, just click on the "activate emails" option to deactivate them. Simply reactivate it once you have finished.

Saving notifications

  • The content of the notification is saved for seven days (1).
  • The row indicating that a notification has been sent is retained for two months (2).

What should I do if sending fails?

If sending has failed, click on the warning message to see the details of the error:

If you see a message like this, the email address does not exist. There may have been an input error. You can check this on CaptainVerify: https://captainverify.com/fr/mail-tester.html
