Operation and implementation of the connector with Recruitee

How the integration works

Synchronized data

As part of the data synchronization process, Recruitee will send the following data to Lucca:

    • Employee name
    • Employee’s first name
    • Employee's professional email address (personal email address entered by default)
    • Personal email address
    • Login details (personal email entered by default)
    • Associated establishment
    • Contract start date
    • Associated department

The administrator will then have to go onto Lucca to fill in the rest of the employee's data and launch the onboarding.

Setting up the integration in Lucca

⚠ Legal entities, departments and primary role are mandatory data to create the employee. If you do not know this when creating the employee in Lucca, so as not to block the creation of the employee, you will have to configure default values in the HR file.

This is a standard connector, using basic data from the "Lucca data" section in the HR file, so you don't have to make any specific setting changes in your Lucca database.

To set up the integration, the Lucca database administrator will need to create an API key with the following permissions:

Co-workers permissions:

            • Read users Lucca properties
            • Modify Lucca users properties
            • See future employees
            • See former employees

If you are using the new Poplee Core HR display, you will need to add the following Employee permissions:

            • Consult contractual information of employees
            • Modify contractual information of employees
            • View career information of employees
            • Modify career information of employees

Lucca permissions:

            • Legal Unites and Establishments modification
            • Departement management

Connection steps to be completed in Recruitee

  1. Go to Marketplace Categories HRIS and select Lucca from the list
  2. Read the information in the pop-up window and click on "accept and integrate"
  3. Fill in the connection details (API Key & Lucca URL)
  4. Click on "Integrate".
  5. The connection is activated
  6. You can also select who can view and send profiles to Lucca, and who can delete the integration.

DPAE (Declaration prior to recruitment)

It is now possible to automate the pre-employment declaration (DPAE) process in Lucca directly from Poplee Core HR. To activate the automation, you'll need to follow these two steps: 

  1. Modify the HR file so that it is suitable for the DPAE. Certain prerequisites are necessary to ensure that the DPAE functions correctly in Poplee Core HR.
  2. Create a DPAE setup.
