In some campaigns, your recent changes may be displayed in the banner to the left of your review form: your last department transfer, change of job, change of manager, etc.
A change is considered recent if it was made in the current year (from 01/01 to 12/31).
Examples:
- if a change was made on 01/01/2021 and the review is launched on 12/01/2021, then the recent change message will appear
- if a change was made on 12/31/2021 and the review is launched on 01/01/2022, then the recent change message will appear.
