Before you start
Annual or career review campaigns are usually led by HR teams, with a single person designated as the campaign manager.
However, teams may be split across multiple cities, countries, and accreditation levels. Not all members of an HR team have access to all the interviews, especially those of senior managers or HR management.
In other organizations, managers are sometimes autonomous when it comes to launching interviews: weekly or end-of-assignment reviews, quarterly reviews or weather checkpoints... several formats can be delegated to managers, by giving them access to campaign administration.
How to adjust this permission to launch campaigns, with your confidentiality constraints?
Here are some use cases to help :
HR Admins who will have to change the rights settings during the use of the product
The HR department, which will be able to limit the number of campaigns to be created to cover the entire company for campaigns affecting all employees (go from several to one campaign while maintaining the right level of confidentiality with the gain in terms of ease of management)
Everything will be done between the permission "Administer a campaign" with an associated perimeter, and a checkbox in the configuration of a campaign
