Using feedback requests for a review

Before getting started

The campaign owner can activate feedback requests when configuring the review campaign. They can then decide whether the employees being evaluated and/or the reviewers can send feedback requests for a review.

Requesting peer feedback for a review

Click on the "Feedback" tab (1) to request feedback (2).

You can choose which peers to request feedback from. The only limit is the number of possible requests: this is defined by the campaign owner. An overview of the questions they are asked can be seen below.

Select the desired peers: notifications are sent to them, and a new “Feedback request” tab appears in their Poplee Performance interface.

You can track the progress of your requests from the review.

Receiving a feedback request

When you are asked to give your feedback on a colleague, you will be sent a notification and a new tab appears:

Click on the review you would like to complete, write your comments, then share them with the employee being assessed and/or reviewer.

If you need to consult the feedback again, a history of the feedback given is available:

Canceling a feedback request

If you have chosen the wrong person, or if you would prefer to choose someone who would be better able to provide feedback on the employee being assessed, you can cancel a request by clicking on the cross, as shown below. You can then select a new contributor within the limit defined by the campaign owner.
Please note: cancellation is only possible if the peer has not yet given their feedback.
