By default, the employee can validate the review with a reservation. In some campaigns, the more informal term "comment" may be preferred.
The choice is made by the admin when configuring a campaign, in the Roll out tab:
when configuring the roll out of a campaign, the admin can choose between the term "reservation" or "comment" for employee validation
The term is then applied to all the corresponding interfaces, from the steps to the notification emails.
