Setting up the integration
To set up the integration, as a Lucca database administrator, you will need to contact your Beyee representative to request activation of the integration with Lucca.
You will need to request the following two pieces of information from Beeye: Remote service URL and Authorization Header.
This information will then be used to create HTTP synchronization in Absences.
To achieve this, you need to go to Exports > Absence Synchronization> Create synchronization and fill in the two pieces information provided by Beeye in the settings. Once done, you can activate the connector.
-
Creation of absence synchronization
Within your Beeye account, you can synchronize Lucca absence accounts with Beeye.
âš Only absences with the setting "Counted as an absence" will be synchronized.Â
You’ll find this setting in the Lucca absence account settings under "Other settings".
To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:
- Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
- Select the "🔌Integrations" field
- Search for the relevant application
-
Follow the instructions to install your pre-configured API key
The technical contact must be the e-mail address of your contact at the publisher.
The API key will be created automatically with the permissions required to set up the integration.
 - Send the generated API key and URL to the publisher, following the steps below
If the install button doesn't appear in step 4, it's probably because you don't have Lucca's “Application administration” permission. Please add it or ask Lucca support for help.
Adding data to connectors
💡If you wish to add / modify integration data, please contact the publisher directly to assess feasibility and associated costs. Lucca is not in a position to comment on these aspects on behalf of the publisher. Once this modification has been made, we advise you to create a section with the dedicated data and, in the Co-workers permissions of the API key, to add the permission “Consult HR file” then “select the relevant section.
