Operation and implementation of the connector with Semana

This connector has been set up by Semana, so Lucca cannot customize it.
If you have any questions about how to integrate it, please contact Semana's help desk.

How the integration works

      • Solutions involved: Poplee Core HR and Timmi Absences
      • Type of integration: API
      • Integration direction: Lucca to Semana and Semana to Lucca
      • Integration frequency: daily (after 9:30 p.m.)
      • Setting up the integration: you are free to save your URL and API key in your Semana account

Synchronized data

As part of the data synchronization process, Semana will transfer the following data:

  • Employee details:
    • Employee's establishment
    • Employee name
    • Employee’s first name
    • Employee number
    • Employee’s business email address
  • Information on employee absences / remote working:
    • The absences of Timmi Absences to Semana
    • Remote working days from Semana to Timmi Absences.

Setting up the integration in Lucca

To set up integration, go to your Lucca space:

  1. Click on the little rocket at the top right of your Lucca space
  2. Select the "🔌Integrations" field
  3. Search for the relevant application
  4. Follow the instructions to create your pre-configured API key

The API key will be created automatically with all the permissions you need to set up the integration.

The connection steps to be completed in Semana

  1. Go to your Semana integration area
  2. Click on the "Connect" icon in the Lucca application
  3. Activate a Lucca API key and send it to Semana
  4. Select the accounts to be synchronized
