Operation and implementation of the connector with Taleez

This connector has been set up by Taleez, so Lucca cannot perform any customization.
If you wish to synchronize other custom data, please contact Taleez directly in order for them to examine the faisability of your request.

How the integration works

      • Solutions involved: Employees and/or Poplee Core HR
      • Type of integration: API (paid, contact support@taleez.com to learn the methods and start the process)
      • Integration direction: Taleez to Lucca

When a candidate reaches the "Hired" stage of the recruitment process in Taleez, their employee record is automatically created in the Lucca area.

The administrator will then have to enter Lucca to complete the rest of the employee's data and launch the onboarding.

Setting up the integration

To set up the integration, the Lucca database administrator will need to create an API key with the following permissions:

Co-workers permissions:

        • Read users Lucca properties
        • Modify Lucca users properties
        • See future employees
        • See former employees

Lucca permissions:

        • Create, archive, unarchive establishments and legal units
        • Departement management

Connection steps to be completed in Taleez:

1. You need to go to the Integrations area of Taleez, then click on Lucca. Then enter your Lucca URL and the dedicated API key in the Settings section. The connection is complete.


2. When you move the candidate to the "hired" stage of your recruitment, a window will open, requesting information necessary to send the candidate to Lucca, such as the legal entity, the department they belong to and the date they joined your company.


3. Then click Import to send the employee's data to Lucca. You will see a confirmation message.
