Operation and implementation of the connector with Lumapps

This connector has been set up by Lumapps, so Lucca cannot perform any customization.
If you wish to synchronize other custom data, please contact Lumapps directly in order for them to examine the faisability of your request.

How the integration works

      • Solutions involved: the customer must have at least one Lucca and Timmi Absences solution
      • Type of integration: API
      • Integration direction: Lucca to Lumapps
      • Integration frequency: every hour
      • Setting up the integration: you are free to save your URL and API key in your Lumapps account

Setting up the integration in Lucca

This is a standard connector, using basic data from the "Lucca data" section in the HR file, so you don't have to make any specific setting changes in your Lucca database

To set up the integration, the Lucca database administrator will need to create an API key with the following permissions:

Employee permissions:

      • Read users Lucca properties
      • View career information of employees
      • Consult contractual information of employees
      • See future employees
      • See former employees

It is also possible to retrieve custom data from the HR file. To do this, you will have to create a section with the relevant data and, in the API key permissions add:

        • Consult HR files > select section contains the employee's address

Timmi Absences Permissions:

      • Read the leaves


  1. Go to the Lumapps App Store
  2. Add the Lucca integration
  3. Enter your Lucca URL and your API key
