Viewing and updating my goals

Before getting started

Depending on the permissions given to your role, you can perform various actions for your goals. This help sheet guides you through the process of viewing your goals and updating your goals. In this other help sheet, you'll find details on the permissions available, along with information on creating and editing goals.

Viewing my goals

You have recently had a review, or have made progress with your tasks and want to update your goals: click on the "My Goals" tab to view them.

The employee's goals page comprises 3 sections:

  • The overall progression of yearly goals
  • Team goals
  • Personal goals

If weighting is activated, it appears over the goal with a padlock icon (more information on weighting can be found in this help sheet).

How is my overall progression percentage calculated?

A table summarizing the overall progression of each goal can be found by moving the cursor over the goal:

The table has columns indicating:

  • The goal title
  • its unweighted progress percentage
  • Its weighting as a proportion of the total weighting set by the HR administrator
  • Its weighted progress percentage

A total summarizes the overall progression percentage. The calculation is as follows: unweighted progression percentage x its weighting/total weighting

Updating my goals

A goal must include, at the very least, a descriptive title and a period. Your manager has the option to add steps, with or without a progress percentage.

Depending on your permissions, you can perform several actions for a goal:

  1. Update the progression percentage
  2. Mark a step as complete
  3. Change the status from achievable to "at risk"
  4. Propose or add a goal

Delete a goal

Depending on your access permissions, you can delete a goal, as shown below.
Depending on the settings of goals in your Lucca base, this will send a notification to the supervised employee and/or the manager.
