Export the sick leaves to the DSN (old payroll export module)

The new single export module is now the export module enabled by default on new instances of Timmi Absences. The full export responds to requirements linked to AT and all the expected settings can be integrated by the DSN. The format can be configured from a template or even from a blank page, the latter of which involves setting up the sections.

Remember that this module brings together the new payroll export module and the badge reader export module, and makes it possible to meet all Timmi Absences export needs.

Before you get started

The DSN (Nominative Social Declaration) is a monthly file produced from payroll, to communicate the required employee information to the Department of Social Security.

The data transmitted to the DSN should relate to events such as sick leave that occurred during the month.

If the employee’s salary is maintained during sick leave (subrogation), the DSN requires monthly reporting of sick notes. Otherwise, the declaration must be made within 5 days of the absence.

This article only concerns companies for which the sick leave module is activated. If required, the sick leave module can be activated by contacting the Lucca help desk. "Enter sick notes" and "Export to DSN" permissions must be activated.

Export sick leave

Go to Exports > Export sick notes.

The export to your payroll software is configured specifically for each establishment. The format of the file for sick leave may be different from the format of the absences export file.

Sick notes pending export are classified into 2 categories:

  1. Sick notes with a start date in the current month are checked by default, ready to export.
  2. Sick notes with a start date beyond the current month are by default unchecked for export
. This is to avoid, for example, exporting a maternity leave starting in a few months.

An export can be deleted after it has been created. The module will (subject to approval) reexport the sick notes corresponding to this export.
