After submitting a timesheet, the person who submitted it can no longer edit it. This page explains how to edit a timesheet that was already submitted.
Scenario 1: the timesheet has not been approved yet
The approver can deny the timesheet. It will then return to the ‘pending’ status and the submitter can edit it before submitting it again.
Scenario 2: the timesheet is approved
The administrator can cancel the timesheet’s approval by going to Submit > Select the ‘Declarant’ > Select the timesheet in question > Click on the ‘Invalidate’ button at the top right:
An approver can also cancel approval of a timesheet if their role includes permission to invalidate their supervised colleagues’ timesheets.
