    • The new single export module is now the export module enabled by default on new instances of Timmi Absences.

    Remember that this module brings together the new payroll export module and the badge reader export module, and makes it possible to meet all Timmi Absences export needs.

    Before getting started

    The Timmi Absences payroll export allows you to export leave and absences to almost all payrolls on the market, as long as it allows you to import data by file.

    The purpose of this page is to view the payroll export templates that already exist in the Lucca database and are compatible with certain payroll software programs.

    Payroll export formats

    The list of saved exports is displayed by clicking on "Create a new export".
    You will only be able to perform this action for establishments whose payroll export is not configured.

    Note: Timmi Absences allows you to export absences in the formats listed below, but does not necessarily allow you to export balances in the format required by the payroll software (balances at the beginning or end of the period, etc.). In this case, the export capability from Timmi Absences to your payroll software must be confirmed with the Lucca team.

    • Isapaye ⚠️
     Isapaye can be used to import the number of absence days (a particular person has been absent for X days on a particular leave account during the month). However, it cannot be used to import details about the absences (namely that a particular person has been absent between two specific dates).
    This is a limitation of the Isapaye software, not Lucca: Isapaye cannot import the dates of absences.

    The configuration of a payroll export according to your payroll's expected format (i.e. one of the available formats mentioned above) is a paid service requiring the intervention of a consultant. By default, you have access to a non-personalized standard export in CSV format. Contact our client support if you want to set up a new payroll export in the format of your software.
