If you cannot access Timmi or no timesheet, contact your administrator who will give you access by following the procedure described here: Adding an Employee to Timmi.
Depending on how your database is configured, you must submit your attendance (schedule, hours or days worked) or your activities (hours or days spent on activities).
- Filling in your timesheet
- Submitting your timesheet
Filling in your timesheet
Your timesheet is pre-filled using your work cycle (days worked, days off) and absences entered in Figgo.
The header always shows an overview of the timesheet: total working time, difference between your theoretical working time and the time submitted, any overtime that will be exported when the timesheet is approved.
In attendance mode - submissions in days
You theoretical working days and leave days are automatically brought over from Figgo.
If an absence does not appear in your timesheet, complete a leave request in Figgo. If working on a non-working day, click on the day in question and tick the ‘I worked’ box (see above).
In attendance mode - submissions in hours or schedules
Your timesheet is pre-filled with your contractual hours or schedules and your absences entered in Figgo.
You can bookmark schedules. You can view information on bookmarked schedules by clicking on the ‘My preferences’ button at the top right of the timesheet.
To change the hours or schedules for a day, click on it and then either:
- click on the ^ or v buttons;
- type a number on the keyboard; or
- hover the mouse over the field you want to change and scroll the mouse wheel.
The information is saved automatically after each change.
In activity mode - submissions in days or hours
Your timesheet is pre-filled with your absences entered in Figgo.
To enter time on a project, click on ‘New line’, select the activity and then enter the time per day, using the mouse or keyboard.
If you have to enter multiple analytical axes (for example: Client > Project), start by searching for the first analytical axis, which will then show the child axes, and so on.
‘Duplicate previous week’ makes an identical copy of all the time entered the previous week. Important: this overwrites any input in progress.
Bookmark projects so they automatically appear on future timesheets by clicking on the star to the right of the project.
Fill in the entire week or day with one project by clicking on the sun:
Submitting your timesheet
If needed, leave a comment on a specific day by clicking on the speech balloon icon.
Check the daily or weekly declarative controls and untick them as needed.
If a configured control is exceeded, a warning panel will appear. If you hover the mouse over this control, you will see an explanation.
Once your timesheet is completed, submit it for approval by clicking on the ‘Submit’ button at the top right.
