[Old reporting module] Generating reports on working time and activities

Background information

Please note that the old reporting module will be deactivated in October 2020. Try and use the new reporting module, which contains custom reports!

Timmi Reports

In Timmi Timesheet > Reporting, you can access several report templates.

Choose a report template, select the period you want to consult, the periodicity (consolidation of results by week, month, etc.), filter if needed by entity, department or regulation, and click on the Show button.


Standard Report

The standard report displays the following times by employee over the period:

  • Theoretical time = contractual time (determined by the employee’s work cycle) - public holidays +- exceptions in the schedule (days off set in Figgo > Manage schedule > Manage days off). So it is time that the employee must justify through either work time or leave.
  • Actual time = time the employee entered in Timmi or their theoretical time while nothing was entered.
  • Leave = duration of leave (reported from Figgo).
  • Difference = actual time + length of absences - theoretical time.
  • Breaks duration (only for regulations set in schedule unit).
  • Leave considered as actual working time = duration of leave configured in Figgo as effective working time for overtime calculation (e.g. training, remote work, etc.). You can check the settings for leave accounts in Figgo > Configure > Accounts.


Accounts Report

The accounts report displays the time recorded on time accounts for timesheets that were submitted and approved.

For example, Cecile has submitted her timesheet, including three hours reported on the HS125 (overtime 125%) account, and her manager has approved this timesheet:

The Final balance is the accounting balance on the account at the end of the report period. In other words, it is the sum of all accounting entries (credit and debit) on the account, including export entries.

The Count is the sum of all movements on the account over the report period, excluding export entries. So these are items counted by the regulation’s rules.

Warning: if a timesheet was submitted but is not approved yet, the accounts will show 0.

Rules report

The rules report displays the movements generated by time accounting rules, for timesheets that have been submitted and approved.

Using the previous example again, by generating a rules report over the same period, we see the three hours in the the movements generated by the overtime rule:

Daily Break

The daily break report shows the duration of breaks entered by employees for timesheets in schedule unit. If the employee did not enter anything, the theoretical duration of breaks (based on their work cycle) will appear.

For example, Jessica entered her time for February 3rd. Her break was 45 minutes long. John has not entered his time yet, so the theoretical time is shown (1h30min based on his work cycle’s hours).


If an employee took several breaks throughout the day, the ‘Breaks duration’ column shows the total breaks duration, and the ‘Longest break on period’ column shows the duration of the longest break. For example, if your collective bargaining agreement provides for at least 1h of break time during the day including one break of at least 20 consecutive minutes long, you should check that the ‘Breaks duration’ column shows at least 1 hour and the ‘Longest break on period’ column has at least 20 min.

Controls Report

This report shows the warnings triggered on submitted timesheets and the declarative controls that submitters left unchecked (even if they have not yet submitted their timesheets).


Timesheets Report

The timesheets report display for each timesheet:

  • its owner: name, department, employee number, legal entity, manager
  • its unit (days, hours, schedules) and the corresponding Timmi regulation
  • its status (temporary, submitted or approved)
  • its start and end dates
  • the submission date (date when the submitter clicked on the Submit button)
  • the name of the person who submitted the timesheet
  • the approval date
  • the name of the person who approved the timesheet
  • the type of approval (manual or automatic)
  • the actual, theoretical and leave time and the difference between the justified time (attendance + leave) and theoretical time, as in the standard report


Activity Report

The activity report displays the time entered for each activity.

Select the Activities per employee grouping to display the time entered by activity by each employee:

Comments Report

The comments report displays the comments entered by employees on their timesheets.

Employees who submit their time can leave a comment each day.

Employees who submit their activities can leave a comment on each activity entered per day: the report displays the activity in question in the ‘Imputation’ column.
