Connecting to mobile apps

Before starting

Lucca offers two mobile apps: Cleemy (expense management) and Timmi (Absences, Timesheet and Office). They are available to download from Google Play (Android) and AppStore (iOS).

The old Poplee mobile app has been replaced by a new, responsive version of the who's who, which can be accessed from any web browser.

The Timmi Absences mobile app has been discontinued and replaced by the single Timmi app. Delete the Timmi Absences app and install the Timmi app.

Methods of connecting to applications

The login options offered depend on the mobile app and the mobile operating system used (iOS or Android).

If you are an administrator, you can enable or disable certain authentication methods in the Lucca interface, by going to the "Authentication, SSO and API" section and then the "Authentication and SSO settings" page.

Magic links

Connecting via the magic link is the easiest option if you have access to your work emails on your mobile. Enter your email address and click "Next". You will then receive an email with a link. Click on the link (on your cell phone) to automatically log in to the mobile app.

Your mobile app keeps you signed in as long as you use it regularly. After one month without use, you will have to re-authenticate yourself.

SSO

Depending on your configuration, you can log in via your company SSO.
Select this login mode:

Next, enter the URL of your Lucca base, which is usually the name of your company.

Next, enter the same login details as those used to access your Lucca base from a web browser.
