Before getting started
Lucca offers two mobile apps: Cleemy (expense management) and Timmi (Absences, Timesheet and Office). These apps are available to download from Google Play (for Android) and the App Store (for iOS).
There are multiple ways that you can log in:
- Log in by receiving a code by email (recommended method)
- Log in with a Lucca account login and password
- Log in with single sign-on (SSO)
- Log in to a test environment with the mobile app
This article guides you through the user login process available from:
- Cleemy, version 2.17.0
- Timmi
- Android, version 2.8.0
- iOS, version 1.23.0.
For earlier versions of Cleemy and Timmi, please refer to this help sheet.
Log in by receiving a code by email
Logging in with a code sent by email is the simplest way to log in, as long as you have access to your email inbox. Enter your email address, then click on "Continue". Next, select "Receive a code by email".
Enter the code you receive and click on "Log in" to log in to the mobile app automatically. Lastly, as a final step, you'll be asked if you want to stay logged in.
Log in with a Lucca account login and password
Enter your professional email address (or your login username) and click on "Continue". These are the same login details as those used to access your Lucca Space on a web browser. Then, select "Use my password" if the option is available.
Next, enter your password and click on "Log in".
Log in with single sign-on (SSO)
Depending on your company's security policy, you may be able to log in with single sign-on (SSO). To do this, select "Log in with single sign-on (SSO)" on the home page. Next, enter your company's domain. This is the start of your Lucca space URL.
You will then automatically be logged in to the app.
Resetting your password
To reset your password, you'll need to use your computer to follow the steps explained here.
Has your administrator provided you with a temporary password?
Before logging in to the mobile application, you must first set a permanent password from your Lucca account on a web browser.
Log in to a test environment via the mobile app
As part of an ongoing rollout, you can log in to your test environment using the mobile app.
To do this, use the "login and password" method. Enter the dedicated login and password for your test space, which your consultant will have sent to you.
I can't log in, what should I do?
If you encounter any difficulties in logging in to the mobile apps, contact your company's administrator. They will be able to tell you which login methods are configured for your account and, if the problems persists, contact our technical help desk.
