Before you get started
The creation of a new establishment must be submitted to the Lucca help desk so that we can attach it to your contract.
Steps to follow
Do you have management and attendance rules that differ from those currently in place? Are your future establishments governed by different collective agreements?

If no: simply assign a work cycle and a Timmi Timesheet role to the users of this new entity, enabling submissions using existing modalities, and link the new entity to the existing export group.

If yes:
- create a new regulation with the desired submission rules
- create appropriate work cycles and link them to this new regulation and the relevant employees
- configure time accounting rules, link the legal entity to an export group and configure the export
Don't hesitate to ask the sales department for assistance from Lucca consultants to help you manage the integration of new entities.
Ad hoc audits can be organized on request to collect the right information and configure the solutions for new establishments.
Training can also be arranged for a new administrator of the solutions, if you wish.
