Before getting started
Poplee Core HR's HR campaign module helps distribute and track pending tasks to be completed by your employees, whether this covers internal communication campaigns or review campaigns. You can add the review chart within the pending task.
To launch and manage a review campaign with digital forms, you can use the dedicated module in our Poplee Performance solution.
For the HR Campaigns module, to save time when completing the classic review charts, we offer several templates that are ready to download and customize:
Classic procedure
If you need editable review charts that are ready to be printed and scanned, you can use the templates below:

Once scanned, these charts can be stored in Poplee via a dedicated field:
Note: the professional review includes a mention of APEL (accreditation of prior experiential learning), PTA (Personal Training Account) and PDA (Professional development advice), in line with the recommendations of the French Professional Future Law (Law n°2018-771 of September 5, 2018)
Simplified procedure
If you want to make the most of all of the features of Poplee, you can use our simplified charts: save time for your managers, who will no longer need to re-enter information that is already stored in the HR files.

A comment field that can be edited by the manager and the employee under assessment enables the easy replacement of the conclusions and electronic signature. Thanks to the field history feature, each edit is archived for improved tracking.
