The HR Campaign module of Poplee Core HR manages the diffusion and monitoring of tasks to be handled by your co-workers, being internal communication campaigns or reviews. You can add the review grid in the task to be completed.
To launch and manage a review campaign with dematerialised files, you can use the dedicated module of our application Poplee Performance.
To save time on setting up classic review grids for the HR campaign module, we are offering several templates that you can download and personalize.

Once the grids have been scanned, they can be stored in Poplee via a dedicated field:
Memo: the professional review mentions the APEL (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning), the PTA (Personal Training Account) and the APE (Advice in professional evolution), in compliance with the recommendations of the French Loi Avenir Professionnel “Professional future law” (Law n°2018-771 of 5 September 2018)

By adding a comment field that will be modified by the manager and the evaluated co-worker, you can easily substitute conclusions and electronic signature. Thanks to the data history feature, each modification will be archived for optimal monitoring.
